4. DMCA Notice Requirements

To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include the following information:

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification.

5.1 Counter-Notification Requirements

Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
  • A statement consenting to jurisdiction of Federal District Court
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant

5.2 Processing Counter-Notifications

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will:

  1. Forward the counter-notification to the original complainant
  2. Inform the complainant that we will restore the content in 10-14 business days
  3. Restore the content unless the complainant files a court action

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

6.1 Three-Strike System

  • First Strike: Warning and content removal
  • Second Strike: Temporary suspension and final warning
  • Third Strike: Permanent account termination
